Tennessee Institute of Cosmetology

This is for the applicant who graduates high school without the necessary 1500 hours required to take Cosmetology State Board Exam, or for anyone transferring from another cosmetology school that did not complete their hours. You may take as many hours as you need, however, a minimum of 500 hours for cosmetology or a minimum of 300 for nail technician is required. The fee is scheduled based on the number of hours you will need to complete the course and books and kit required for the class.
